1. Description of Service

Threadify is a desktop-first social media management platform that enables users to schedule, publish, and analyze content across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, and YouTube. Our service includes content scheduling, calendar management, analytics, media library, and queue automation features.

2. Account Registration

To use Threadify, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our service.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Threadify offers Free, Solo ($19/month), and Pro ($39/month) plans with varying feature sets.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• All plans include a 14-day free trial for new users.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

4. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Threadify. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide our services (e.g., publishing to connected social platforms).

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish. You must ensure your content:

• Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Complies with each connected platform's terms of service and community guidelines
• Does not contain malware, spam, or misleading information
• Does not infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Platform API Usage & Limitations

Threadify accesses social media platforms through their official APIs. Your use of Threadify is subject to:

• Rate limits and quotas imposed by each platform (e.g., Instagram's 25 posts per 24 hours)
• Feature availability that may change based on platform API updates
• Platform-specific content requirements and restrictions
• Potential service interruptions due to platform outages or API changes

We are not responsible for changes to platform APIs that may affect our service functionality.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Threadify for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
• Use automated means to access our service beyond intended functionality
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Use the service to spam or send unsolicited communications

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime. Failed posts due to temporary issues will be retried automatically (up to 4 times with exponential backoff).

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

Threadify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will meet your requirements, be available at all times, or be error-free. We are not responsible for:

• Content you publish through our service
• Actions taken by social media platforms on your accounts
• Loss of data or content due to platform changes
• Third-party integrations or services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threadify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Threadify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
